CANCELLATION POLICY
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. If you need to reschedule, notice must be given at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Clients are allowed to reschedule one time only. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new $30 deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of when an appointment is canceled. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, no-shows, excessive lateness, or leaving an appointment early will result in forfeiture of the deposit and a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
